We cross Ponte stream by way of a small granite slab bridge, similar to the one used for crossing the Mulas stream a short way away.
Following alongside the watercourses farmed areas begin to appear with vineyards and other subsistence crops grown by the local community, forming a patchwork with areas of scrub and small woods.
